Changing time while charging

My two identical model cellphones change time when charging although the cellphones location has not changed

Tech support does not solve problem after many long text sessions with different techs. Samsung Galaxy S24 FE

Could this model be defective?

@WickedDan If I understand what you are saying correctly, you are saying that the time of day reported by your cell phone changes when you charge it?
