I've had issues with this phone from the beginning, in fact this is the third one after the first two got returned for warranty issues within the first couple weeks of having them. I was told this one needed to be returned for warranty issues as well but at that point I just wanted the phone. That was last year. So the issues have gotten worse and the closest service center is almost 2 hours away so that's a 4-Hour round trip not counting how long I spend there. Who has that kind of time? There's got to be a better solution. Samsung says they won't do anything because the phone was bought through T-Mobile and T-Mobile says that it's a Samsung issue. This was a brand new s24 when I got it and I've had it a year and the issues are unbearable to the point of wanting to throw this thing multiple times a day. Anybody have any suggestions?

sorry but the only option would be to take it too a service center as the have instructed you too do.

Sorry but I would have returned it in the beginning when they said it needed to be replaced instead of waiting a year.

Which I tried to. I tried to outright return it, they said no, I tried to exchange it for an older model (S23 or something) and they said no. So the whole time these phones were not working correctly, there was still a phone bill. I'm sure of course they have no record of any of that. But now essentially I have to spend an entire day messing with this, again. Spend the gas in my not fuel efficient truck to drive halfway across the state for an issue that they did not want to resolve before

But you said that they said that one needed to be returned for Warranty issues ā€œ I was told this one needed to be returned for warranty issues as well but at that point I just wanted the phone.ā€.  So why didn’t you do the warranty exchange and get one that was working correctly.  At this time the only option would be taking it to a repair center to see if they can fix it.

Because this is the third one! The first two had issues and after a couple weeks with the first one I exchanged it for another one which gave me problems pretty much right away so I exchanged that one and got this one. This one had problems as well but after a month of not having a reliable phone, I just settled to deal with this one which the problems weren't as bad as the other two. I was dealing with a lot of stuff at the time (work injury so doctors/job/workers comp etc) and I needed a phone. I had already missed a bunch of deadlines because I wasn't getting notifications properly or wasn't able to send things in a timely manner. When I say I wasn't able to return it, I mean I wasn't able to just outright return it- not a warranty exchange

This phone is now not sending me notifications for any app. It rings for a call but that's it for notifications. It has never wirelessly charged, and it says that Wi-Fi doesn't work. I don't know how because I'm hooked up to Wi-Fi at home- otherwise I only get one bar of service- but it says that this phone can't use Wi-Fi. And I don't even remember what else isn't working right now. Oh right, some automatic verification thing which I've never seen before in the app list, but I can't even access that because it's not anywhere in my phone I guess but it's in my app list?
