For my contacts I have pictures for people contact profile. abut when I recieve any messages or text using google messags it just shows the letter of the users name. abut if I click in the user profile then it shows there image how do I fix this?
Hello dani514, I understand your concerns with your contact profile pictures not showing when you receive any texts.
Make sure you are logged into your Samsung Account (If you are currently logged in, you may need to remove the account, and then log back in)
Make sure you've turned on Profile sharing. Open the Contacts app, and then tap Menu (the three horizontal lines). Tap the Settings icon, and then tap Profile picture sharing. Tap the switch to turn on the feature.
