Galaxy S24This sounds like an unstable connection concern. RCS requires a steady Wi-Fi or mobile data connection. If your signal drops even slightly, the app may fall back to SMS to ensure the message is sent. I think what Neilth, mentioned, could be the best option. The carrier would be able to provide better insight into why it is not staying connected to RCS messaging.
