Help with voicemail

Hi! Please help.

I can't get into my voicemail and I have no idea how to fix it.

My last phone got damaged so I got my replacement, same phone. But when I try to get into my voicemail I can't! My other other phone voicemail worked normally. It says to enter a new password but then it gives me an error. It is the same number and sim card.I have no idea what to do, when I call my voicemail number it just says to enter password or enter another voicemail number,

 please help!

The password is too long. It says 4-7. You have 8.

Yeah no it still doesn't work with just the 7 digits 😕

You need to contact your carrier as they provide your voicemail. Good luck

Sorry, i would just try what the other person said. You could also try updating your phone and/or uninstall and reinstall the app
