My text notifications make a sound. But not showing as app icon notification. All the "things" enabled! All other apps I have it enabled are showing # of notifications.
cleared cache, ran device care, restarted = many times over!
So many gawd awful problems since this update. I've
fixed the most bothersome. But THIS one I can't fix.
