Open Samsung Wallet. Go to Samsung Pass, tap on Login information and verify your identity. You list of logins will come up. Tap the login you want to edit and select edit or drlete on the bottom, then change the information.
That's the problem. This specific app/login does not show up in the list. I know how to change the password doing all the above if the app/login is visible in the list.
I don't have Google Password Manager. I know there are certain institutions which only grant password manager to use biometrics to sign in but it will not let the manager store the credentials in the manager tool for security/privacy reasons. So it doesn't creat an item on that password manager list.
Everyone has Google Password Manager. It's built in. I've never known an app or website to restrict passwords from being saved in a password manager because even apps that allow/require biometrics still require you to log in with your password every so often. If you are using such a restricted app, they may have their own password manager within the app to keep your password safe. If it does not appear in the Samsung Pass list, the only way you would be able to change it is to put in the correct password and whatever app you are using should ask if you want to replace the current password. Also, check Google anyway.
