Why did my cell phone stop vibrating? It vibrates well for calls, but with notifications I didn't check the intensity and everything seems normal, but it doesn't vibrate. Does anyone know what's happening?

Have you tried restarting your phone? Would you happen to have a routine/mode set that would be stopping the vibration for notifications?
Ensure "Do not disturb" isn't being enabled.

Try wiping the "cache partition" to see if that helps. It's safe and won't remove your settings or app files. Clearing the "cache partition" can help resolve any issues caused by old or corrupted system cache data.
Follow the steps below,
Clear the cache partition
- Turn the phone off (shut down)
- Press and hold the Volume Up key, then press and hold the side key.
- When the Android system recovery menu options show release buttons.
- Press the volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
- Press the side key to select.
- Press the volume down key to highlight yes, then press the side key to select.
- When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system is now highlighted.
- Press the side key to restart the device.
If clearing cache partition isn't successful, you could "reset settings."
To reset settings on a Samsung Android device, go to Settings, tap on General management, then select Reset, and choose Reset all settings. This will restore your settings to DEFAULT without erasing your apps or personal data. you will still be signed into your device accounts.
BUT ALL SETTINGS WILL REVERT TO DEFAULT! THE SETTINGS WILL HAVE TO BE SET UP AGAIN. I would do this procedure if nothing else is successful.
