Hi all,

So, my account region is set to Germany, and I'm in Germany right now, and my phone knows it's in Germany because literally every location-displaying app shows I'm in Germany – but when I open the Members app on my S24 Ultra, it thinks I'm in the Netherlands.

The language displayed is Dutch, and I can't see anywhere to change my location.

I've signed out of the Members app, cleared its data, signed in again, etc. All the obvious things.

I've also tried removing my SIM, in case that's somehow causing the confusion, but that hasn't made a difference.

This is particularly annoying, since I'd like to get onto the OneUI 7 beta, but I can't access it if the Members app doesn't know I'm in Germany.

Help, please!

I think "Samsung" has linked with the number "IMEI" because I also tried impossible to install
to make it simple your imei indicates the market where your phone is supposed to sell and it says "Netherlands" the imei is linked to the markets of the Netherlands even if you are in Germany your imei is not linked to the German markets so that's why it doesn't work
So if you want it to work you have to exchange your S24 with another S24/S24+/S24ULTRA buy in Germany and it should work

Same problem. My Samsung account is from the United States and the Samsung Members app thinks I am in Mexico, shows me everything in Spanish and the promotions and forum of Mexico.

It's your Sim or CSC code. If your Sim is not German specifically it may be defaulting to the provider country. Once you have a proper known German Sim in go to smasung members and clear data in info should fix it. If you think you already have a German guaranteed SIM card or e-sim just go to the members and clear data anyway it may change checking your phone info what it says under CSC as well
