This is absurd and ridiculous! My phone a S24U was working fine til the recent last update! Now phone is overheating, messages not coming in when I was trying to be verified by my Samsung Account which is unacceptable. Also screen freezing on youtube, Tiktok, and Google AI. My calls are being dropped, and when I called 1800Samsung I was told I would need to take my phone into a Samsung phone repair and that they couldn't tell me if I was going to be charged! Why should I have to take my phone in to be charged after Samsung or the Developer created this issue with the update? SO MANY updates that we have to pay the price for the BUGS til they get worked out. I work and use my phone for working! I need my messages to work as well as my phone not freezing or messages not come in or I have NO JOB! SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!
