Issue with new Qi2 3 in 1 charging stand

I just got in the new 3 in 1 charging stand and I am having issues with my phone doing fast wireless charging. 

Upon checking the power draw I see it starts around 4 watts then when it ramps up to 10 watts the phone completely stops charging shortly after without any error messages. 

Now I know this is a Qi2 charger but that should still work with Qi devices. I am using an official Samsung charging cable that came with it along with a 45 watt power adapter, and I have ensured I'm using a case that has proper alignment and is not too thick.

I have tested without a case, using different cables and power adapters, and even tried a different charger and that fast charges my phone wirelessly without issue. I will also say slow charging only with this stand also works so the issue just seems to be with the increase to fast charging.

Now my thinking could be wrong but maybe this is a handshake protocol failure of some sort since this is a new charger. But I wanted to check first just in case there was any other possibilities

I saw a review of this stand on YouTube, the guy said it went from 0-100 in 1hr 41 minutes. It could be your case.

Tried it few weeks Its so bad tried it with 3 different cases. issues sometimes not charging then it does then after few seconds. It goes off again. Tried it with a replacement but still issues mine is going back. Maybe that is why it got delayed first thinking it would work or not.

Your phone does not support 45w charging. Your charger only supports 15w input as it says in your picture. Maximum wired is 25w and wireless is 15w on your phone. Hence why it works properly on your old chargers.
