There was no warning about this massive change which is bad customer service. Additionally it matters severely to me because I am light sensitive and use it daily to make adjustments according to environment lighting at any time of day and need rapid access. I also use it multiple times a day for other features. I probably don't use shortcut menu less then 10 times daily probably closer to 20. This feels like you have literally removed an Accessibility option away that I really need back. I am not going to search for 5 or 6 icons the long way around under settings. My Galaxy 24 FE refuses to swipe the down on notification menu for any shortcuts.  Neither is there a video training on all the major changes with this massive overhaul and launch - do you expect us to guess how to find our way around what is practically an overhaul? Tried multiple times tonight when my eyes were blinded by bright light settings and needed rapid access to stop my eye from struggling. You should of placed a warning how severe the changes were as I was completely unprepared for the shocking number of changes and you have no choice and control options to put it back as a customer. It used to be one of the main reasons I liked Samsung for its rapid pull-down option. If it stays like this, I will quit using Samsung. There is no way I can use Samsung with out the quick access short cut pull down menu. Not with my light and auditory sensitively, or my job that I do need quick access numerous times a day. Now Samsung is nothing special and just like every other mobile brand.

I guess you can consider that for people who don't keep up with tech news that there was no warning over this "massive change", but you know your phone gets updates. Tech blogs, and even casual newspaper articles have been writing about the dramatic change coming for months before the rollout. You are never given a pre-warning of an update. You are aware that Android updates even if the UI does not update.  This was an Android update first and foremost, so many of the changes are Google/Android changes.  Do you really expect Samsung or Google to send an email or push notification to users telling them to expect major changes?  The Members app comes installed on every Samsung phone; and news, information and help can be found in the app (you found your way here to complain, didn't you?).  If you had opened the app even once over the last 6 months you would have seen the announcements and all the postings about it.

You can get your quick access/quick panel back by re-combining the notification panel and quick panel to be just like it was.  Pull down on the right side of your screen until you see the edit pencil icon, select the icon, then tap on panel settings and then tap "together".  Your quick panel/notification area will return.  Here is a list of other things that can be changed back. https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Samsung-Apps-and-Services/Things-you-can-change-back/td-p/322806...

Oh, and there was a short tutorial upon installation of the update that you probably skipped.  And, before you proceed with the update, there is always a panel with "what's new in this update".  However, the user manual would have been updated for the new UI. Settings/tips and user guide.

Go into your phone app.  Tap the dot menu. Go to settings.  Select "answering and ending calls", then make sure "read caller names aloud" is turned off.  Also go to settings/accessibility/talkback and make sure talkback is turned off.

In the future, please make your own post instead of posting in a thread on a completely different subject.  No one will ever see it or reply to you if you do that unless they happen to be interested in the subject matter of the original post.  Do not hijack another person's post.
