So have have been researching and trying to find a solution to this issue with no luck.

I have the Link to Windows that I have been using. However, it lists several devices that are no longer in use. I can not find a way to remove these devices. Any suggestions or ideas?

It is the same device list multiple time because of a system restore. On active connection it says "Windows Settings -> Bluetooth & devices -> Mobile devices." That doesn't work on the active connection nor old connections. I have tried signing out than back in.

I have consider doing trying a factory reset on the phone but that is a big project and shouldn't have to be done.

It is rather odd that there is an add device option, but no remove device option.  Since I never actually look at the device list, it doesn't hurt anything that there is a device listed there that I no longer have.  Perhaps it just disappears after a period of time of non-use. It can't connect to any of the old devices if they are not on and not nearby.

Thank you for your response. However, I have waited several months and they have not gone away.

When I said period of time, I meant perhaps a year or more.  But I don't know.  As I said, since the device list is not front and center for me, I did not even realize that my old device is still attached to it.  Perhaps there's something that needs to be adjusted from our Microsoft accounts.  The only thing I can tell you for sure is that it's a Microsoft issue, not a Samsung one.

Okay. Thank you for the feedback. I really appreciate it. Sounds right to be a Microsoft issue. Especially, since I goto my Microsoft account and it says Android isn't even supported and we know that isn't accurate.

Again, thank you.

You need to go remove them from your Microsoft web account.

Don't follow those. It's outdated. The menus don't look like those anymore to boot
