Galaxy S24You might have to try setting separate app sound and have the sound for your media directed to another device (not easy if you do not have BT speaker, echo device or other). You can use headphones or buds and direct the media to play out of the phone's speakers while the call audio is directed to your headgear. Settings/sounds and vibration/separate app sound. You may also have to turn on picture-in-picture for the app. Settings/apps tap 3-dot menu and choose special access. Choose your pip app(s)

Galaxy S24Samsung claims that the issue lies with the apps themselves and not with the update. But that’s just nonsense. Either they don’t want to admit it, or they genuinely haven’t realized how badly they messed things up with this new update.

Galaxy S24Lies with the apps 🙄 yeah OK. Worked fine before the UI7 update, and not after. Sure it might be that vendors need to update their app, but that's still on Samsung. Blaming the apps is a sh*t move by Samsung - listen to your users and fix this **bleep** issue!

Galaxy S24To allow media to play while on a video call on Galaxy phones running Android 15, you can try the following methods:
-Use headphones or buds and direct the media to play out of the phone's speakers while the call audio is directed to your headgear.
-Open the video app and the calling app simultaneously.
-Access the streaming service through a web browser instead of the app.

Galaxy S24Wearing earbuds to hear media while on a call means you can't hear the call - what kind of "solution" is that?
None of that is the answer - this is clearly a bug that needs to be fixed.

Galaxy S24You ever hear of using a) using one ear bud or b) using a Bluetooth speaker or c) directing your call to the earbuds and your other media to the phone? Nothing says your connected device has to be earbuds or headphones. Nothing says you have to wear two earbuds, many people use only one. People say they are playing other media because they are on extended hold or watching their SO sleep. In that case it does not matter, because one is not talking or listening to anyone anyway. Even so, unless you have ANC ear buds, you will still be able to hear your phone call, unless you have the volume ear damaging loud.
