Multiple issues with apps not opening

I cant open a handful of apps including games and I couldn't even open Members Community however I could open this to post. I can't send any Gmail emails and I am noticing an issue with Google Play Games that connects to my few games I play. I also had an issue opening up Amazon Recent orders that wouldn't load either. 

 
So the app issues are very random so far of the ones I've tried to use so far. 
 
I've done the whole typical check list lol the clearing of cache, force stopping, turned phone on and off, updated apps, and even uninstalled and reinstalled a couple apps. 
 
NOTHING is working. I have full bars on wifi. 
 
It just came out of no where yesterday and today I still cannot figure this out. 
 
I have a S24U only a year old and its in perfect condition.

Ever since I installed the latest system update, my tablet has been a mess. The biggest problem is with Google Chrome. Although I am having trouble with other apps, one problem that really irks me is I can not get full screen on my home screen. Everything that I can find to correct it doesn't work, or what is listed doesn't exist on my system.
I am confused as to who to contact in order to correct my problems. Is it Android, Samsung, or Google? I have no idea, I need help.

Are you also getting random keystroke (?) sounds?
