My S24 Ultra will not connect to the internet

Out of nowhere today, my phone disconnected form mobile data and now will only connect tru wifi. I spent an hour with att tech support that ended up being a total waste of time. I use my phone for work, as many do, and am on the road 70% of the time which means if I have no access to mobile data.......I'm **bleep**. Anyone else had this issue? Advice? Suggestions?

this keeps happening to me and the only way im able to fix it was restarting it and not like once or twice i have to do it over a dozen times until my phone says "(searching)" at the top left and it only works temporarily before it shuts off again. this has been a problem for me since November and there hasn't been a fix for it. I got a physical sim card too and my phone will randomly stop recognizing it. Samsung is such a joke they can't even keep their products fully functional

I had this issue long long ago, the fix was to pull the sim, put it in a working device, allow sim to be provisioned, then swap the sim back. ๐Ÿ––๐Ÿป

Marvin, I was super excited because this was the 1st suggestion that I had not already tried! Unfortunately, it did not work. Howerver, when I swapped sims with my wife, my phone with her sim was able to access mobile data. Her phone with my sim still did not connect with mobile data.
Am I wrong for assuming that if I just get a new sim my problem should resolved?

There ya go. Either you have a bad sim card or your provider has not provisioned your sim properly. Most likely a bad sim card. Correct, i would get a new sim card which would resolve the issue either way as your current sim card is faulty. ๐Ÿ––๐Ÿป

I am not a tech whiz by any stretch of the imagination but I'm not a tech **bleep** either and get so frustrated and impatient when the "experts" can't diagnose, what seems to me, especially with all the advances in AI,something they should be able to drill down pretty quick.
