Galaxy S24What do you mean when you say your phone has no network mode? What are you referring to? The switch in your image that lets you choose 5G or not? This is actually controlled by your carrier, especially if you have a carrier locked phone. Some phones allow you to choose 4g and 5g, but most these days default to just turning 5g on or off. If 5g is on, when it's not available it reverts to 4g or LTE, so there is no need to actually have a switch for 4g. If your phone is LTE capable, as every modern phone is, then you should be getting LTE. It's possible it's just not saying LTE and uses the text 4g instead. When you factory reset your phone, did you also reset the mobile network? You may have to do that. You can do that in settings/general management/reset mobile network settings. If you have an e-sim, you may have to re-provision it after you do that.
