Hello, I need help if there is anybody out there that can help me.

I recently did the update to Android 15.

After doing so it changed my network from LTE to 4G.
I contacted Samsung and my service provider they were no help which isn't a surprise. My carrier is Cspire šŸ˜’
I contacted Cspire after the update to tell them what happened.

They had nothing but excuses.
They said the service in my area is poor. That's why I have 4G. I've had LTE for over 14 years as a Network.
Before the update my service was fine no issue. LTE service worked great.

Now I have the 4G and it is so SLOW and most of the time I have no service. They claim 4G and LTE is the same. I don't believe that because if it was then the 4G should work.
I did a factory reset Samsung said it would fix the problem. Didn't work still 4G.

And they said I should be able to change my service within the connection settings use the NETWORK MODE.
My Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra doesn't have Network Mode.
My carrier isn't going to help all they want is money. Samsung isn't no help and it was their stupid update that messed my service up.
I've tried everything fron reset the network settings to factory reset
Please can someone help me?
How can I change my network back to LTE?

4G and 4G LTE are not the same, although they are closely related. 4G refers to the fourth generation of mobile network technology, a broader standard with specific requirements for speed and performance. 4G LTE, on the other hand, is a specific technology that evolved to meet and exceed those 4G standards, and is often used interchangeably with 4G in marketing.

From what I understand the network i.e 4g or 5g is determined by the network and or tower seen mentioned the option to turn off one or to switch has been disabled

What do you mean when you say your phone has no network mode? What are you referring to?  The switch in your image that lets you choose 5G or not?  This is actually controlled by your carrier, especially if you have a carrier locked phone.  Some phones allow you to choose 4g and 5g, but most these days default to just turning 5g on or off.  If 5g is on, when it's not available it reverts to 4g or LTE, so there is no need to actually  have a switch for 4g.  If your phone is LTE capable, as every modern phone is, then you should be getting LTE. It's possible it's just not saying LTE and uses the text 4g instead. When you factory reset your phone, did you also reset the mobile network?  You may have to do that.  You can do that in settings/general management/reset mobile network settings.  If you have an e-sim, you may have to re-provision it after you do that.
