All my settings are correct!

Out of nowhere I cannot text in my group chats😒 it's telling me to switch to the Google messenger but I don't want to nor do i like the Google messenger. My text box is not even showing up for group text messages. Is there anyways to fix this without switching to Google messenger?

your Samsung Messages app isn't allowing you to send group texts, it could be because your group messaging settings are not enabled, your network connection is poor, or there might be an issue with your carrier's RCS (Rich Communication Services) support; check your messaging app settings to ensure group messaging is turned on, verify your network strength, and if necessary, contact your carrier about potential RCS compatibility issues;.

How to check and enable group messaging on Samsung Messages:

Open the Messages app: Launch the Samsung Messages app on your phone.

Access settings: Navigate to the app settings (usually found by tapping the three dots in the top right corner).

Check group messaging: Look for an option labeled "Group Chat" or "Group Messaging" and make sure it is toggled on.

your Samsung Messages app isn't allowing you to use group chat, it likely means that the "Group conversation" setting within your messaging app settings is not enabled; check your settings to make sure this option is turned on to send and receive group messages properly.

How to check and enable group chat on Samsung Messages:

Open the Samsung Messages app.

Go to Settings (usually accessed by tapping the three dots in the top right corner).

Navigate to "Multimedia messages" or similar depending on your phone version.

Ensure the "Group conversation" toggle is switched on.

I think is a samsung issue, not carrier. This started in July.  Initially, replay  box greyed out.   My husband's phone (also ultra 21) would have a message to create a new chat.   Mine doesn't.  When I created the new chat, it worked, but the group chat does not include "me" on the group.  I think they fixed the problemand "me" is back on the chat group.     This problem  started again last couple weeks where I am not getting any group texts.  I only come to know because my friend called to see why I haven't responded.   I followed all the suggestions online, as u suggested.  None works.  I even Uninstalled and reinstalled the app.  Still does not work... no group text received.  Yesterday, I switched to Google messenger, all the group messages came in.   I DO NOT LIKE the Google messaging app.   Any one able to find another solution or similar app to Samsung message.... please share.

Thank you
