All my settings are correct!
Out of nowhere I cannot text in my group chats😒 it's telling me to switch to the Google messenger but I don't want to nor do i like the Google messenger. My text box is not even showing up for group text messages. Is there anyways to fix this without switching to Google messenger?
Not getting any group text messages on ultra 21. All settings are correct. Uninstall and reinstall app. Cleared cache. Nothing works. Switched to Google messenging, all grouped texted showed up. Switched back to sumsung messenging, no group texted. Spent closed to 6 hours with chatting support 10/1 allowing them assess my phone. 3 tech. Their conclusion, go to repair center!!. Unbelievable.
My ultra 25. Found out I have not been getting group texts 9/19 from a friend. There is a "chat features" need to be turned on. This is NOT on ultra 21. Once the chat features turned on Group text seems okay. 9/30, I got over 20 blank group text. Tech support said I created it!! ??? They had me change to Google messenging. Those blank group text are not there. 1 group text that we were not able to reply allows me to reply. We switched back to Samsung messenging. The same issue. Tech said phone carrier dows not support RCS and to contact the carrier. I looked up online the carrier used RCS. Tech said to take the less than 30 days old ultra 25 to repair!! I said I dont think is the phone, I think is the Samsung software. Over 6 hours, 4 Tech support. Horrible experience. We dont like the Google app. Anyone have another app we can use similar feature as rhe Samsung app? Thank you!
