Betas should be allowed for any network carrier. This is why Apple does is better! But it's never too late to fix this...

It's already been official. There was supposed to be the final beta 4 release this week and then officially be released by the end of the month, but now there's going to be 6 beta updates before full release.

Again, Samsung never set a date, not sure how a company that is not Samsung can set and official date for something Samsung is working on.

The closest thing Samsung gave to a date is:
"to coincide with the release of the s25 series"

This does not mean the day of but a date near this release.  They also discovered an issue with the release on the S25, which is why it has not been released yet.
