Hey I currently got SM-S928U almost mid of last month it's currently overheating while charging, if I'm playing mobile games or if I'm listening to music at home or in the car with android auto or at work outside and my phone is in my pocket and yesterday my phone service didn't work from in the morning when I woke up until 7-8PM when I got the service back, I also texted samsung support about there one ui 7 beta update but they said there is only android 14 6.1.1 even tho I see videos online with one ui 7 beta like come on galaxy my galaxy s23 ultra was not doing this at all what so ever! And your new phone does this?? Should I switch yo google pixels phones or an iPhone? Because I'm tired of this NEW Samsung s24 ultra that's acting up! And no Samsung support to help or customer service that offers help, all they can offer us is new updates that's not running at there full potential you have to fix there part if it's acting up on your phone either the phone itself or the android os that's on it or that new update they release for you
