I had iphone for a long time, but decided to switch to the S24 Ultra a few months back because I love the customization. One thing I dont like about this phone, is when I take a video or picture and try to send it to someone via text message, it looks super fuzzy and blurry. It happens everytime and its so frustrating 😤 or if a take a video on snap the quality doesn't look good after I post it . I NEVER had this problem with iphone . Ugh can't wait till im able to upgrade

MMS Limitations: Standard text messaging (MMS) has strict file size limits. To send your high-resolution photos and videos, your phone (or the messaging app) drastically compresses them, leading to that fuzzy, blurry look.
Social Media Compression: Apps like Snapchat also apply their own compression algorithms when you upload videos, which can reduce quality.
short solutions to Try:
Use Google Messages with RCS: If the person you're texting also uses Google Messages, make sure you both have "Chat features" (RCS) enabled in the app's settings. RCS supports much larger file sizes and doesn't compress media as much.

How to activate RCS in Google Messages:
To turn on RCS chats in Google Messages on your Android device:
1. Open the Google Messages app.
2. Tap your profile picture or Åæcon in the top right corner.
3. Select Messages settings.
4. Tap on RCS chats (or sometimes labeled as Chat features).
5. Toggle Turn on RCS chats to the "on" position.
6. You might be asked to verify your phone number. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the verification process.
Once activated, you'll be able to enjoy the enhanced messaging features when communicating with others who also have RCS enabled. If the other person doesn't have RCS, your messages will be sent as regular SMS/MMS.
Seamless communication with iPhone users: With RCS now available on iPhones, you can enjoy these enhanced features even when messaging friends and family who use Apple devices.

Go into your phone settings switch to jpeg. Heptic works best with other galaxy phones. Not the other guys. Your phone is set to heptic from manufacturers. Try the switch things should be different. The fuzziness is due to how it saves in your phone and software of the reciever.

Are you using RCS? This should fix the issue with quality loss in messaging.

iPhone supports RCS now. If the people you are texting don't show up as RCS, they haven't updated their iPhones.
