If anyone has any issues like if you open tik tok in pop up view in order to use another app, and it ends up restarting the video or pausing it...i.e (tik tok, youtube, and other media apps). The fix that worked for me was going to "Multistar" in the "goodlock" app.
Scroll down to the "multi-window screen zoom" option, disable it. That should fix it.
