RCS not working on my S24 Ultra, carrier supports it

My gf's RCS works even tho we have the same mobile plan at the same carrier. It worked on my S10, but I gave it to someone and I don't know if that's the problem (it has another SIM in it).

@ariatator Are you using Samsung messages? Google messages? or something else for texting.

Google Messages RCS works on my Fold 7 on AT&T.

No idea what "Carrier Services app" is. I'm guessing that you have an AT&T carrier "U" device. You will need to troubleshoot with AT&T.
