I have a samsung s24 ultra and a watch 7 and the energy score keeps coming up. I have more than once deleted it from the samsung health dash board just to have it back the next time energy score run a report. I do not care for this the energy score is irrelevant to me and I have zero need for it I would like to know if there is a way to totally remove it and stop it's functions.

Samsung Health press and hold energy score. Click on the minus to remove it

Thank you. However, that only removes it until the next event the next time energy score sends a message.

From the Health app home page, tap the dot menu.  Tap on "edit home".   Once in the editor, tap the minus sign for the energy score (and anything else you do not want to see on your home page).  The energy score will no longer pop up unless and until you re-enable it by adding it back.  Merely swiping it away when it appears, does not take it off your home page or cease its functions.  For good measure, you might want to disable notifications for the energy score in the health app notification settings (they should not come up once you remove the energy score from the screen but, just in case).  In order to do this, you must have notification categories turned on (settings/notifications/advanced settings/manage notification categories for all apps.

Delete the app cache. Once it's off the page it should be gone. Period. It ceases to function. I sent it away months ago and it has not returned. If necessary, also delete the app data. This will not remove any health data, only customizations you may have made to the app. You might also want to wipe the phone's cache partition. Did you get the OneUi update? It could be a bug in the way it's working with the new UI. If the cache and data clearing does not help, put in an error report.

I will try this suggestion since I have not tried this yet. For me it has come back twice today.

Go into your Health app on your phone. Click 3 dots in upper right hand corner. Settings, turn off personalize Samsung Health. 1745188774442.jpg1745188774450.jpg

Oh, yeah. Didn't even think of that.  I have that turned off.  Must have either turned it off early on or it was off by default.  I don't need any recommendations.  But, still, when one removes an item from the home screen, it should stay gone.
