How to replace a beautiful cloudy sky

Using the Sky Replacement Tool

Gallery app -> select photo edit.
-> Tap the Edit (pencil)
Tap the More options (three dots) or look for the AI/Galaxy AI stars

But

More options (three dots)
and
AI/Galaxy AI

both not found. Please advise how to get them back?
