The s pen icon keep showing, even when it's in the phone. I also keep getting the notification, "Make sure you have your S Pen" everytime I turn on my phone. I'm assuming the S pen might be damaged or a software glitch. Leaning towards damaged because I haven't seen this mentioned yet.

I went to the s pen settings and reset it, but it keeps happening. Any tips or help please.

Hey Solmnist! Thanks for visiting the Community! The SPen is a very handy tool for these devices. Let's try to get yours situated as soon as we can.

Clear the app's cache on your phone or tablet
The app cache is used to temporarily store frequently used data. Caching data prevents unnecessary re-downloading of common items like images, which allows for faster loading and less cellular data usage. On occasion, cached data can cause problems within an app and will need to be cleared.

Note
Clearing the app cache will not delete any personal data or settings within the app. It will only remove temporary files and data that the app has stored on your device.
1Navigate to App settings.Navigate to and open Settings. Tap Apps, and then select the Samsung Members app.

2Force stop the app.Tap Force stop at the bottom of the screen. Tap OK.

3Clear the cache.Tap Storage, and then tap Clear cache.

4Test the app.Try using the app normally and see if the issue has been resolved.

Ensure your device is fully up to date.

If this does not help I recommend letting a service technician have a look.
