Galaxy S24😞 Hope someone else can help.
Meanwhile, if you have access to someone else with an S Pen, check if that works to see if it could be an issue with the S pen itself. Does it register touches and is able to open apps, etc by touching the S pen to the screen? When you mention it stopped working, I was not sure if you meant the bluetooth functions or even using the S pen as a stylus.

If your S Pen does not work on another device, or if your original S Pen still does not work with the original device, it may require a replacement or service. You can visit our website to purchase a replacement, view Samsung walk-in service center locations

This happened to me too after the last software update. Waiting for the next update. Apparently it's an internal bug.
