I have a Samsung S24 Ultra, up until last night the phone was fine - This morning i have zero audio at all - no calls via earpeice or speaker, no notifications, no voice messages, nothing at all - the only way i can get audio is via Bluetooth - I have done soft reset & hard reset to factory - still nothing.
Another thing I have noticed is that when connected to Bluetooth, video via TikTok, Insta YouTube work perfect - when i turn bluetooth off the videos lag & chop, still without audio.
I am at my whits end - Not only that i have lost heaps of pics despite me backing up before reset.
