Hello, S24 Ultra user here... bluetooth is working intermittently after the most recent update. I have cleared the cache partition from boot (unable to do so from apps screen, option is greyed out), reset wifi/bluetooth adapters, restarted my device several times...

Googybox says this is a known issue but I haven't seen much mention of it elsewhere. Can anyone confirm? If so, is there a fix coming?

Yours happened after the update too? I have S22 Ultra. I cleared Cache, Reseted the Bluetooth and Wi-fi Settings, Even tried factory resetting my phone. All of these didn't work, so i asked a friend. He said flash a new firmware, so i did. And still, it's not working(I did all these cause my Wi-fi is not working too). Now i'm convinced it's either because of the update or my Combo chip is broken.

Edit: Forgot to mention that my wi-fi work okay when it's constantly in use like Playing MP games or downloading something.

Long story short, I finally got connected with someone at Samsung and we ran through a lot of the dev options in the phone to no avail. Followed up with my carrier who agreed the phone is corrupted after the July 1 2025 update. Replacement phone incoming.

Ugh.

Thanks for sharing this concern with us, AirbagsBlown. The image you provided is very helpful. Looks like you have already attempted some of the recommended troubleshooting steps. Because you've already tried the standard restarts and adapter resets, we recommend checking if a specific third-party app might be interfering by booting into Safe Mode.

For a comprehensive step-by-step guide on resolving persistent connection drops, please refer to our official guide here: Samsung Support: Connection Troubleshooting Guide
Does this intermittent dropping happen with all Bluetooth devices, or is it specific to one, like your car or earbuds?
