I just got my new S24U 2 days ago switching from OnePlus 9r.
I'm having an issue with the front facing camera in 3rd party apps in dark environments when I'm sending video messages or videocalls. The camera is turning black and white and very laggy, which is not an issue in my old phone or in my friends' s23u or s22u. Is there a solution for such a problem or is it the way the camera processes the image.
Hi, sorry for bad news in advance. This is a known software issue with Samsung. They need to issue an update to fix this but have yet to. I had the same issue, Samsung support sent me to a Samsung repair center and they said there's nothing they can do. That this has been happening for the past couple Galaxy releases. We just have to wait for an update. Unfortunately it's been 8 months since launch so I'm not sure when they'll decide to fix it if they even do.
