I guess it would depend on whether you want genuine Samsung parts or an aftermarket part. If you have a uBreakiFix location near you, they are authorized Samsung repair outlets and use genuine Samsung parts. If you don't have those repair centers in LA, you can go to the Samsung website to find authorized repair centers near you. If you are only interested in cheap and not necessarily genuine, do a Google search for phone repair places in your area and call and ask about pricing. "Cheap" is a relative term. To some people cheap is less than $50-100. To others, cheap means less than half the cost of replacing the phone. You can also try Geek Squad at Best Buy.
Do you know if CPR uses Samsung parts? There is one in my area. CPR stands for Cell Phone Repair. CPR is the name the store uses and there are a lot of CPR stores in several states.
