If you can power your phone off try this!
Wipe Cache Partition.
Turn off phone.
While powered down, press power key and volume up button simultaneously until the phone vibrates. Let go of buttons. You will now be in the bootloader. Using Volume buttons for scrolling, power button for Yes.
Scroll down to Wipe Cache Partition. Press power, scroll to Yes, press power. Reboot press power key.

For above instructions. Depress the power button until the device powers off (or reboots).
Immediately after the phone screen goes black, also press Vol-up

While the phone is powered off, press the power button and volume up button at the same time. When the phone vibrates and Samsung logo appears, let go of buttons. You will be in the recovery menu, scroll down to Wipe Cache partition
