Galaxy S24
I purchased my 24+ when they were first released and it's never been able to charge C to C as it's supposed to. I called customer service back when I noticed and basically they said nothing could be done which is ridiculous. I even had purchased insurance! I asked if I could just trade it in for another one since it was so new but they said no.
I was hoping with this current newest update it would finally work (not sure my reasoning behind that) but nope, nothing.
Any suggestions?

My previous S24 ultra did the same thing and I never understood why, but I since have a new one, and it works just fine

Galaxy S24
What type of power source, I have some batteries with a USB-C sockets that will only use it to charge the battery itself (input only) and others with a USB-C socket that will only supply power via it (output only) and a few with a USB-C socket that will do both (power out or power in). I have some USB-C cables that will only transfer power when the cable is inserted with one side up but not with the other side up (even though the plug/socket are compatible either way up.
