Galaxy S24What's the deal? There's a conflict between Samsung Account and OneDrive that was introduced in the December update. We can't use OneDrive on the device at all. It won't open showing a Samsung Account has stopped working error.
Something has to be done! We have hundreds of Samsung's across the country and more than half of them are having this issue. OneDrive is VITAL to business!
The update today didn't help. Same issue, please fix it!
Unlinking the account doesn't work. (Don't even have a Samsung account logged in.)
Updating doesn't work.
Clearing cache doesn't work.
Updating permissions doesn't work.
My company has hundreds of Samsung devices that use OneDrive. I understand updates take time, but two months!?

Galaxy S24Hey, Nlibre, thanks for bringing this concern to our attention. It looks like you have tried most of the recommended troubleshooting steps to address this concern. If these steps didn't work, there are two other things to do. Submit an Error Report via the Samsung Members App (Support > Error reports). Next, I would recommend contacting Samsung phone support directly for specialized account recovery assistance. Hoping this gets resolved in a timely manner.
