I could care less about these updates, but I do want to point out the EXTREME lack of transparency by Samsung. There is a pattern here. I think that's what's really disappointing. There is no official word by Samsung on ANYTHING, nothing, just zippidee doo da. This is astounding.
Yes, stop buying Samsung because of what Google does. That makes perfect sense. Google is being very proactive on getting a beta out for Android 16, this is not the release. As an example, Google released the beta for Android 15 on 4/11/24, and actually released Android 15 on 10/15/24. The release of the beta for the OS is not a telling statement for when the actual OS releases, and Samsung does not release a stock version. They toil over making the experience more streamlined on every possible screen, so it takes time.
Also your statement "No sign at all on 15 yet!" Is not only laughable but entirely counter to your previous statement, as the BETA for One UI 7.0 (Android 15) released in December. Is that not a sign?
