Galaxy S24Unless the scratches are very deep and very noticeable, I would just remove any plastic screen protector and replace it with a tempered glass one. However, if the service center damaged your screen, they are responsible for fixing or replacing it. Always inspect your device after service while you are still in the shop. You mentioned that you went to a "shop for its cover ad and glass guard". What does that mean? Does it mean you had the screen replaced, or you just went for them to put a screen protector on? If they put a screen protector on, is it the protector that's scratched or the screen itself? Screen protectors are made to take the damage and protect your phone, and when they are damaged enough, you replace them.

Galaxy S24I may have misread some key details about your post. But, are you asking how to remove the glass protector or how to fix the scratches on the phone's display? If it is the 1st one, I'm sure you can buy a kit or take your phone to a retailer to help with removing the protector. To fix the scratches, we would need to set up a replacement for your phone's display, as mentioned above.
