Galaxy S24Does anyone else have a frozen screen from time to time? Lately when I close apps my screen stops working, no touch works and even when I turn it off it has started to show reluctance to do so when this happens.

Galaxy S24Hello yisus04, thank you for your feedback. I understand your concerns with your device freezing and being unresponsive. When your Galaxy phone or tablet freezes or crashes, it can be really nerve-wracking. There are a few troubleshooting steps we can try to get your device back running smoothly.
Verify that your device is on the latest software: Open Settings, tap Software/System Updates, Check for Updates and Install if one is available.
Clear the Cache on your device: power off your device, press the power and volume up buttons together, continue pressing the volume up button until the maintenance screen appear, use the volume button to select clear cache and then reboot your device.
Try your device in Safe Mode to confirm it isn't a third party app causing the issue:

Factory Data Reset your device:

If your device is still freezing after performing a factory data reset we recommend that you have your device check out by a certified technician:
Samsung walk-in service center or you can schedule a repair service online.
