Sound issues s24 ultra

Anyone experience sound issues on their s24 ultra ? My voice recordings and voice messages no longer have sound and when I ran diagnostic it says mic 1 has a issue.

I've never had an issue that shows up in the diagnostics, so, I have a question. When it says your mic has one issue, does it give you any idea of what the issue is?

This is what it tell me. I don't have a case or protector or anything on the phone anymore and as far as the speakers I used a air blower and still nothing

Just got mine 2 weeks ago and had one issue and found out it was that my Bluetooth was on. I couldn't hear anyone. But as for sound, so far I'm very pleased!😊

It's def a decent phone. I hope you continue to be pleased with it. These phones cost too much not to be lbvs

If i recall the diagnostic test has 2 mic test atleast when I do if you're getting a issue on a mic that would explain your sound issue you might want to get checked and see what the issue is on mic

You are on point! I checked everything it advised of but still same issue. Might be time to get it replaced cause auto android doesn't work anymore either

Finally got it fixed today. I was in city that had an samsung store and I paid $83 to get it fixed.
