Not sure about the suggestion that the trygalaxy.com web app (as @Mujibar said, it's not an actual app) is being "pushed to newer phones" or is available in the Play/Galaxy stores. This is the first I've heard of that and as far as I can tell it isn't present in either.

The primary purpose of Try Galaxy is to "test drive" the One UI experience on non-Samsung devices before switching, not to provide tips for existing Galaxy users.

"Tips" is the recommended app for that purpose.

As for your text interaction, because the contact is saved with the name "Samsung Tablet," we are unable to verify the legitimacy of your screenshot.

However, we can verify that trygalaxy.com is safe to use... It's just not intended primarily for new Galaxy devices that actually have all the features being simulated

Well I don't know why the screenshot says Samsung tablet🤷🏾‍♀️ person who I'm talking to is a Samsung rep all I did was click on the bottom. Right in the same community here at the bottom, you'll see the button that says chat. I click that and it open up a chat between me and a representative for samsung.! But it's no biggie, like I've said, I try a lot of things, especially with my devices and I don't automatically think that everything is a scam. I check it out first. And I just thought I would ask, because it came up on my phone. I have the s24 plus so I don't know! And I don't use Samsung like that. It's not my main phone. My main phone is the iPhone 16 Pro Max. The samsung is my backup phone, but most of my devices are apple computer.Ipad phone apple the only thing I have that samsung i's my backup phone one phone, and I have several devices they are not samsung! 🤷🏾‍♀️ i do a lot of beta testing as well.For android and apple, I gotta live🙏👏😊
