Lost some of my apps. Unable to add a website to home as an app, It appears and then disappears. Lost my folders of apps. Unable to zoom in on test on website app I use for work. I assuming this is just a small part of whats to come. This all happened yesterday and I am still trying to get through the problems.

I just found on "Settings" Default home app. I checked box for One UI Home and my old home screen came up with all my previous folders. Problem fixed.

How to clear device cache partition:

1) Turn off your device.

2) Press and hold the Volume Up button and the Side/Power button until you feel a vibration and the Samsung logo appears. Let go of the buttons.

3) You will now be in Android recovery. Use the Volume buttons to highlight "Wipe cache partition."

4) Press the Side/Power button to execute.

5) Use the Volume buttons to highlight "Yes."

6) Press the Side/Power button to execute.

7) "Reboot system now" will already be highlighted. Press the Side/Power button to execute.

Example: I use a work app/website.  I use Brave and use"Add to Home screen".  Nest scree show "Create shortcut" hit "Add",  drag it to home screen, ti's there for 1 second and a Brave Icon appears on the upper right corner of the app icon then disappears.
