I purchased a refurbished Samsung Galaxy s24 ultra, from backmarket.com - everything about the phone is great except the wifi calling feature isn't in the settings. I've already checked with my phone company to make sure wifi calling was part of my plan, which it is (I already knew this) I just wanted to check off any possible reason. Anywho- I've searched and searched for hours and days trying to find a solution, and came up with nothing .. Anyone have an answer ? Thanks in advance!
Edit to add: I live in a rural area, so 90% of the time I rely on wifi calling.

Have you tried a factory reset?  I had something like that happen years ago with a Motorola phone and AT&T.  I bought the phone new from Best Buy and it said it supported wi-fi calling.  Brought the phone to AT&T who said wi-fi calling is part of the plan, but they could not get the setting to show up either.  I returned the phone to BB and fought them on a restocking fee.

Life's too short to fiddle trying to find a setting that should be there and isn't.  If the return window hasn't closed, consider returning it.

Yes, I've tried that first. Tried everything I could find on Google. I thought about sending it to Samsung Care or whatever it is. But I can't afford it. I was able to get back market to extend my return window, due to being snowed in, and my county issuing a level 3 snow emergency.
This would be the third phone I'm returning to back market. Can't blame nobody but myself, I made the same mistake 3 times. ๐Ÿคฃ

Just some advice for the future.  If you are going to buy used, make sure the seller is reputable and can answer pre-purchase questions and have a list ready, such as did the original owner release the phone from their accounts?  Is it a U.S. version? Is it factory unlocked or just carrier unlocked?

My belief is that if finances are an issue, you are always better off purchasing a new, lower end model than a high end used one (like a mid-range A series instead of an S series), since even the most diligent resellers do not know how the previous owner treated their device - they only know that it powers up.

Is your sim card installed correctly if so click under connection settings/sim manager/ then in think press the back button and you may see wifi calling there.

Yes, I have no issues with service when I'm in service areas. Sucks that one small setting would be such an issue.

Can you provide a screenshot of your software version you are currently running, specifically in the area where it says Service provider software version. I need to see if that matches your provider.
Go to settings, about phone software and take a screenshot of the whole page, use the arrow down button until the full page is captured.

It should look like this.1769881805525.jpg
