Won't accept password in lockscreen & security settings

Hey Community,
So been having this problem with not having access to my lockscreen(bio, pattern, etc) and security settings because it doesn't accept my password. Samsung prompted me to change password on March 1, so I did, I havent been able to sign in to those specific settings but yet, samsung pass, wallet other apps accepts my pw fine. I've changed my pw 2 more times because thats what samsung support suggest I do, which was 2 days ago and of course it didn't work. Here's hoping some of you guys can help me get back into my security settings. Any advice will be helpful. Thanks for your time.

Thanks but I resolved my issue by performing a factory reset. Wasn't what I wanted to have happen but it fixed the problem!

This wasn't helpful at all. It's not the lockscreen that Im having issues with. It's the lockscreen/security settings in android that won't accept my password. I want to change my lockscreen settings but I cannot get to those settings. My device accepts my password in Pass, Wallet, Samsung Account, etc. but when it comes to the lockscreen/security settings in Android it wont accept my pw. I've changed my samsung account pw (requested by samsung support) and still can't get into those settings.
