All my Microsoft Apps keep freezing. I clear cache, force stop, DNR, etc. and I can get 1 to 2 screen in and then they will jot open..docs, email, powerpoint. Even the new Google.Message force change is having issues. It isnhitnor miss for it to connect the RCS registration. Not sure what happened with last update but this is frustrating. Also checked batter optimization options and webview enabled. Any help would help.
Thanks. Sorry I am old. DNR=Delete and Reinstall. Tried all that multiple.times. wondering if somehow the last update did something. In a position I can't do a full phone reset so looking for anything else possible.
