Posting this as both an affected user and an IT Support Specialist. If you're on an S25 Ultra and your Microsoft apps started failing after the April 2026 security patch, you're not alone and it's not your setup.

Galaxy S25Hi all. Experienced this exact issue with my Samsung S25 ultra. Found a solution which worked for me at My Microsoft Apps have stopped working on my Samsung Ultra S25 - Microsoft Q&A
Essentially:
This issue was due to a WebView regression from the Samsung April 2026 security update. It can be resolved by following these steps:
- Settings -> Search for "Android System Webview" -> App Details In Store -> Remove Updates
- Reboot
- Settings -> Search for "Android System Webview" -> App Details In Store -> Update
- Note: If "Android System Webview" doesn't appear in the app list, go to:
Settings -> Google -> All services -> System Services -> Select "Android System Webview"
- Note: If "Android System Webview" doesn't appear in the app list, go to:
- Reboot
- Launch Teams/Outlook & log in.

Galaxy S25This actually worked. Now I'm hoping it helps with my authentication issue in my gmail account.

Galaxy S25Thank you so much, @Shane-Moore. I have March 2026 update on my S25 Ultra. My Outlook, Teams, Copilot and more of Microsoft apps stopped working since yesterday! This was affecting my work account as well. I did exactly the steps you have outlined and, bingo, my outlook, teams, copilot started working. Thank you, again.
