Audio volume issues with phone calls

I have trouble with the audio volume of the S25 Ultra, very faint sound for phone calls and YouTube etc. Volume is at highest level. Resets happened, not fixed.

However, all normal volume through via Bluetooth Buds.

Have you done a diagnostic on the speakers?

Possible causes include a clogged earpiece speaker, faulty YouTube/media player, or internal speaker issues.
