If it is, then on your device, and make sure no other Bluetooth device is/will be connected to your vehicle, clear your vehicles Bluetooth connections . Then open your phone, go to Settings/general Management/Reset/Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings and then hit reset. This will totally clear your phone of all BT devices and it will also reset your Wi-Fi, in which you will need to login again to that. Now go through the pairing process again with the your car and see of that works.
