Camera Continuity

Hi,

I have an S25 Ultra and a Tab S9+. Both devices have One UI 7. I am trying to get the "camera continuity" feature working, but without any result. I have the same account, Bluetooth on, and the same Wi-Fi (5 GHz). All other "continue on other devices" features work, but the one mentioned.

1. I open Samsung Notes.

2. I take some notes.

3. I take a photo with the S25.

4. Now I expect to be able to do something with this photo, but nothing happens.

What is wrong?

So what exactly are you trying to do? Are you trying to see the picture in the notes app? Because if that's the case then you need to do a split screen with the gallery app and the notes app and drag the relevant picture into the notes app.

Actually I do not quite understand what this feature does. How I cam continue on working on a photo on a different device?

TBH I've never quite heard of the feature you're talking about. Not to say it doesn't exist, I've just never heard of it. The easiest way that I can personally think of is just to Quick Share it from your phone to your tablet or vice versa. And then edit it in the gallery app.

Idk how cam continuity works, but for some time I've been taking notes in my galaxy tab and adding pics that I take with my galaxy phone. 

To do it you need to have "continue on other devices" turned on, you take the photo with you phone, then open it in the gallery and in the three dots click copy, then in the note in your tab you click paste, and the photo from your phone will be there.

This new feature probably works like apple's one, there will probably be a option in the galaxy book and tab to "take picture with your phone" just like the iPad and MacBook. My tab won't get the one ui 7 so I can't help you with that, but I hope that the way I do it helps you 🙃

The way you said it works properly. But it is just sharing clipboard. Why to make "camera continuity" feature when it does not work seamlessly.
