Try going to phone settings -> Security and privacy -> More privacy settings -> Permission manager. See if any apps are listed under "Allowed all the time". One of those may be your culprit.
Also you can go to phone settings -> Security and privacy -> Permissions used in last 24 hours and see what apps have used your camera recently.
If those don't help, you will probably need to remove 3rd party apps until you find it.

Galaxy S25Depending on when the phone was delivered (or purchased through a carrier), I know the one year standard warranty is almost near the end for some. Go to the official Samsung authorized repair service uBreakiFix site and see if there is one near and call them.

If not, call Samsung 1-800-726-7864. Also, if it is a carrier provided device, they may also do an exchange under warranty (IIRC).
