I regularly use the 5x camera to shoot pics of my kids and animals. Been getting some really horrible pics lately. Didn't know why until today. When viewing some of the 5x pics they are labeled as ultra wide pics. Which of the ultra wide is cropped in to a 5x pic it would explain the abysmal quality. First pic is the way it should be. Second pic is the poor quality example. Auto lens switching is turned off. Even though that shouldn't cause this. Plenty of light. I don't know if I could generate an error report for this because I don't know when it happens. Samsung or anyone got any ideas?

You should still be able to submit an error report.  Regardless of when it happens, the log should show it.  Have you tried shooting in pro mode, rather than auto?

I regularly use auto, pro, & expert raw. My understanding was you needed to generate an error report when the issue happens otherwise the log won't have the data from when the issue happened. Like a time limit kinda

Well, you can submit a report after the next bad picture.  Check the picture immediately after taking it.  Besides the log, you also have the ability to upload attachments, such as the photos.
